QRCommander & the Keilton+autani App
QRCommander issues each user a QR code; the Keilton+autani app uses it to load that user's assigned projects and zones for on-site work.
Scan your QR code in the app
- In the app, go to More → My Zones and tap the Scan button at the top.
- Allow camera access and scan your QR code — or select the QR-code picture from your photo album.
- Your assigned projects and zones appear in a hierarchy. Fold/unfold projects to find the zones (or use the Search QR Code name box to filter). The full project path of the current zone is shown at the top.
- Tap a zone to switch to it. A Switch Zones prompt confirms the change ("Change control to another zone…"); tap Confirm. You can switch back at any time using the QR code associated with the current zone.
Add a new zone on the jobsite
- If you need a new zone while on site, tap the + on the project where the zone belongs.
- Tap Confirm, enter the zone name, and tap OK. The new zone also appears back on the QRCommander portal.
Revoke or reset access
If a user loses their QR code — or access needs to be revoked — the operator changes that user's password in QRCommander:
- Open the user, click Update, enter a new password, and Confirm. This invalidates the previous QR code and generates a new one.
- On next launch, the app warns that the old QR code is no longer valid, and the previously assigned projects and zones disappear. The user must scan the new QR code to regain access.
