QRCommander — Overview

QRCommander is a web-based platform for managing networked-lighting projects across the supply chain. It lets OEMs, distributors, and installers organize projects, zones, and user access in one place, and issue QR-code credentials that the Keilton+autani app scans to give the right people on-site access to the right projects and zones.

Access the platform at the QRCommander web portal: qrcommander.autani.net. (OEMs may operate the portal under their own branded domain — use the address provided with your administrator account.)

Purpose

On larger deployments many parties touch a project — the OEM brand, its distributors, the installers doing on-site commissioning, and ultimately the building owner. QRCommander coordinates them by letting you:

  • Organize work into projects → sub-projects → zones.
  • Manage organizations and user accounts for each party.
  • Grant, transfer, and revoke access rights using QR codes — a user scans their QR code in the Keilton+autani app to load exactly the projects and zones they're assigned.

The account hierarchy

Level Who Set up by
OEM Client The brand owner / OEM administrator LiteTrace provisions the OEM admin account
Distributor Sales/agency organization + operators The OEM administrator
Installer On-site commissioning organization + users The distributor's operator
Customer Building-owner organization + users The distributor's operator

Account types

  • Operator — can log in to the QRCommander web portal to manage organizations, users, and projects.
  • User — does not log in to the portal; instead receives a QR code to scan in the Keilton+autani app for on-site commissioning or ongoing control.

Requesting an account

QRCommander has no self-registration. There is no "sign up" or "create account" option on the portal — every account is created for you by the level above you in the hierarchy. Where you send your request depends on who you are:

If you are… Request access from
A distributor, installer, or building-owner user Your OEM administrator (or, for installer and customer accounts, the distributor's operator) — they create accounts directly in QRCommander
A new OEM / brand partner needing your first administrator account LiteTrace — email QRCLogin@autani.com, or contact your LiteTrace business-development representative
An existing operator who has lost portal access QRCLogin@autani.com

Requests sent to QRCLogin@autani.com open a ticket with Autani Support and are tracked to completion; you will receive your portal credentials by reply once the account is provisioned.

Users vs. operators

Only operators need portal login credentials. If you only need to commission or control lighting on site, you do not need a portal account at all — your operator issues you a QR code to scan in the Keilton+autani app.

How it works with the app

Each user has a QR code. Scanning it in the Keilton+autani app (More → My Zones → Scan) loads that user's assigned projects and zones. Changing a user's password in QRCommander invalidates their old QR code — this is how access is revoked or reset.
