Recommended Settings by Space Type
Use these as starting points when configuring sensors, dimming, and controls for common commercial spaces, then fine-tune to the project's requirements.
Starting points, not a substitute for design
These values are typical recommendations. Always follow the project's Control Intent Narrative and Sequence of Operations and the applicable local energy code (e.g., ASHRAE 90.1, Title 24).

How these map to app settings
- T1 / T2 (time delays) — set on the sensor. T1 is the delay before dimming to the 2nd level after no motion; T2 is the delay before turning off. See Configuring Motion Sensors.
- Dim Level — the reduced (2nd-stage) level after T1. See Advanced Dimming Settings.
- Linkage Light Level — the level neighboring groups hold when an adjacent group is active. See Multiple Group Linkage.
